This time of year is great for BANKING flex hours at a huge discount and using them whenever you are ready.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Flex hours never expire and they are used exactly how you want them. Whether that’s to make changes on your website, design a flyer, do your not-so-favorite social media tasks, or run ad campaigns (ad spend is charged to your card directly via your ad account. Flex hours can’t be used on ad spend – flex hours can be used to design of ads, competitor research, ad management etc.)
HOW LONG DO TASKS TAKE?
We are very fast at what we do. If a task takes 10 minutes, we literally take 10 minutes out of your banked hours. You see all the projects and tasks on a dashboard and can request meetings whenever you would like.
You can use all your hours in one month or spread it out over years. We have some clients that just use a few hours now and then and love that they can reach out to their project manager via our task system, chat or text to get things accomplished.
WHAT ARE TYPICAL RESPONSE TIMES?
Within 24 hours M-F our team will confirm your request and get all the info needed to complete the task
Tasks are scheduled and completed within 3 -5 business days on average. RUSH jobs are possible if the team can squeeze them in.
Larger tasks may require an extended plan (i.e. website redesigns, video production, etc), but we will always communicate with you on the timelines.
DO MEETINGS AND EMAILS USE FLEX HOURS?
We are totally reasonable on this. If something takes 2 minutes for us to read and respond to, we aren’t going to charge you flex hours for it. If it’s over 5 minutes it’s a task and we log it as such. If it takes 20 minutes to read, comprehend, research, and respond, it is going to use flex hours.
Meetings do use flex hours.
